JOSEPH MURRAY INCE (1806-1859)

Ince was born in Presteigne and studied under Cox at Hereford in the 1820s. He lived in Cambridge in the early 1830s where he taught drawing and made records of the architecture. He returned to Wales about 1835, but continued to make watercolours of Cambridge Colleges alongside the Landscapes and Marines he sent to London exhibitions.

These six watercolours are sold framed. Worldwide postage and packing included.
