Oil and cotton sheeting ('Sacking of a clothing parcel'). Lieutenant H Ray Taylor RNVR (c.1913-1954) was second-in-command of a motor gunboat that was sunk in the channel in mid 1942. Before and after the War he was Art Master at Ermystead Grammar School, Skipton.
