CHRISTOPHER GEE

– RECENT PAINTINGS –

This small group introduces the work of Christopher Gee. Christopher lives and works in Essex, on the Thames Estuary, but travels widely for his inspiration. His works derive from specific landscapes or historical monuments, but they are far from topographic. From his subjects he creates a very personal world of stillness a calm; images of great intensity. The quality of his painting can only be fully appreciated in person, so we encourage anyone interested to visit and see the works hanging.
