'Margie in EB's cottage in Much Hadham'.
Chalk, watercolour and white heightening. c.1900. Signed 'M Corbett'. Later inscribed and signed 'M. Headlam'. Margie was one of Mary Headlam's elder sisters. She was also a painter and sculptor. 'EB' was Edith Bateson, Margie's future sister-in-law. Provenance: Artist's Estate.
